This list includes the Top 100 trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications. The selection is based upon a thorough multi-phase process that combines peer nominations and third-party research. Brad was also admitted to the National Trial Lawyers’– Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association. This distinction is limited to only 25 attorneys per state. It is awarded based upon an attorney’s reputation in the legal community, achievements in motor vehicle cases, board certification in motor vehicle law, and nominations from other motor vehicle lawyers or the NTL’s Executive Board.
